Warranty Policy
Uwow provides a quality assurance period of 30 days from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) to all of our authorized distributors and wholesalers who sell our authentic products. our warranty policy applies only to those customers who purchase directly from Uwow (distributors and wholesalers). If you have purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.
Our warranty does not cover atomizers and accessories due to it being a consumable product, however if the product happens to be in faulty state at the time of receiving the goods, please inform us immediately prior to using it .
Please keep your proof of purchase and the verification code well in case of needing warranty service.

Before you submit a warranty claim, please make sure that you have the following:
1. Date of purchase is within the 90 days Warranty Period
2. Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
3. Videos or pictures to show product issue explained clearly
4. Preferred shipping address and best contact number where you can be reached
SHIPPING FEE
If your item is covered under warranty, the shipping cost of the replacement will be covered .
If your item is not covered under warranty,you will be responsible for any costs associated with a return or replacement.
DISCLAIMER
Some items may not be eligible for service due to misuse, damage, or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects or premature failure. Uwow warranty service center reserves the right to deny any warranty service. Please check the warranty prior.
